It would be a difficult task to present here a comprehensive list of Jim Clark's races that are often freely available to watch, however as well as YouTube there is the British Pathé resource which is not so well known nowadays.
As far as I know this was produced as a limited-run fund raiser probably for an event. It's both entertaining and interesting hearing Ian giving his running commentary. This particular DVD signed by Bob Dance.
23rd August 1936 Speed Trials at Haggerston Castle Park, Berwick in which the WJC Secretary Bill Martin competed. The Dales Diary with Luke Casey is I believe Part 2 of the 2007 Series 16 Program 3. Describes how Jim became part of the Border Reivers team and went on to be world champion. Ian Scott-Watson is interviewed and photographer Eric Bryce is credited at the end of the film which is around 8 minutes long.
TV sequences by Border Television in 1993 and ITV "Lookaround" news tributes have often appeared on anniversaries, this one being 30 years since Jim won his first F1 World Championship. I have one from 2008 and a two part special programme to mark the 50th anniversary of the his death should still be available to watch if you scroll well back to earlier programs on the link below.
ITV Border Life aired at 8pm Friday 2nd August 2019 was dedicated to the refurbished and restored Jim Clark Motorsport Museum. A full half hour programme starting with Frazer Sheppard looking back at Jim's story. Lori Carnochan takes a look with Curator Shona Sinclair and Learning & Engagement Officer Kenny McLean. Interviewed in the museum are Doug Niven and Dario Franchitti who talks in depth about his engagement with Jim's achievements and legacy as well as his custodianship of Jim's car.

The Jim Clark 50th Anniversary Exhibition at Chirnside on April 6/7/8th featured a video playing downstairs in the main exhibition area. There was a memories video made at the time. Their story from the three days can be found from this LINK.

This 1963 film shows motor racing legend Jim Clark giving the new Ford Consul Corsair a thorough appraisal on the test track. He puts the car through its paces on tarmac, "rough going" and pave, and is impressed with the results. As he says, "the proof of the pudding is in the eating". YouTube LINK

On the week of his 28th birthday Jim did this interview on the autoroute in Geneva. Lasting just over seven minutes Jim's character admired by so many is obvious. Interestingly he pulls up in a RHD Lotus Cortina showing a registration number GE 67033. Youtube LINK
